Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and the page where it occurred. Do not email your full resume unless support specifically asks for a redacted example.
Billing support
Include the email associated with MeritPad and the Stripe invoice or receipt ID. Never send a card number, security code, or banking credentials.
Privacy and account deletion
Account deletion is available directly under Account Settings. If it fails, email us from the address on the account so we can verify ownership and help complete the request.
